Installation Museum Folkwang @ Resonanzbereiche, 2018
Wormspace, a spatial installation presented at the group exhibition Ressonanzbereiche at the Museum Folkwang in Essen, Germany in September 2018, is a poetic dance in the three-dimensional realm. Crafted
from polyethylene tube insulation, typically employed in construction, these unassuming tubes intertwine seamlessly to form an endless line, resembling a living worm meandering through the exhibition space. The installation unfolds like a blown-up trace, an intricate pathway that mirrors the unpredictability of organic existence. A nod to more-than-human perceptions of space, it becomes a poetic gesture toward enigmatic and unexplored spatial phenomena, including the cosmic concept of „wormholes.“
